Tasks 

\n
• Design and implement of manufacturing processes of new product (PCBA). 
\n
• Active contact with the customer, suppliers and related functions of the company. 
\n
• Preparation and continuous updating of related documents based on the system and customer requirements (eg PPAP, FMEA, Flow chart, WI, SOP, etc.) 
\n
• Analyze errors and problems by using problem solving tools, take the necessary measures and monitor their effectiveness. 
\n
• Safe operation and continuous improvement of the organization to meet the expectations of shareholders, efficiency objectives, customer needs and related standards 
\n
• Proactive production support with the latest documentation, necessary tools and software. 
\n
• Participate in troubleshooting possible machine faults. 
\n
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards (ISO / ESD and Safety) 
\n
• Participate in product defect analysis. 
\n
• Active participation in the customization of the ERP system and its application according to new product expectation.
\n

Requirements

\n
• University or College degree (BSc)
\n
• Minimum 5 years experiences in production relevant companies,
\n
• Strong problem solving
\n
• Project experience, in automotive field is preferable
\n
• Business level of English
\n
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
\n
