As a domestic subsidiary of a market-leading parent company with Swiss interests, it provides a full range of services to companies operating in the automotive and electronics industries. With its own engineering team, it designs and builds unique, innovative equipment and machines (cable processing, electric and hybrid drive machines, welding, pressing, robotics). We are looking for a new colleague to join the innovative development team responsible for the design of special machines and unique machines used in the production of electric and hybrid cars.
Place of work: 10 km from Budapest, North Buda region
Tasks:
- Project controlling system operation with collecting and analysing data of working hours and material costs.
- Consultating and challenging project managers and project teams
- Determination of turnover according to the POC method & monitoring of correct accounting in the monthly financial statement
- Account, control and follow up the costs of the customer and R&D projects.
- Analysing the projects data and reporting it to the Head of Controlling
- Working on monthly – quarterly – yearly financial closing, actively supplying data and reporting. Filling up monthly and quarterly controlling templates, and reporting them
- Intercompany consultations
- Active participation in business and budget planning, getting the necessary information from the organizations and filling up the templates.
- Monitoring and analysing the turnover and cost planning of projects
- Preparing project pre- and post-calculations.
- Develop and optimize controlling instruments.
- Ad hoc or regular report for internal management
- Supporting material and asset management from controlling side
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/Accounting, Controlling or Business administration,
- min 3-4 years experience in Controlling,
- Fluent English,
- social competence, management competence, strategic competence, willingness to travel,
- Ability to work under pressure of deadline, also to work in team,
- Independent working skills,
- Assertive attitude,
- Ability to work in international environment,
- Strong analytical and communication skills,
- Good skills in MS Office, Excell, and ERP.
