As a domestic subsidiary of a market-leading parent company with Swiss interests, it provides a full range of services to companies operating in the automotive and electronics industries. With its own engineering team, it designs and builds unique, innovative equipment and machines (cable processing, electric and hybrid drive machines, welding, pressing, robotics). We are looking for a new colleague to join the innovative development team responsible for the design of special machines and unique machines used in the production of electric and hybrid cars.
Place of work: 10 km from Budapest, North Buda region
Tasks:
- R&D project management, projects development with budget, planning and deliverable responsibility
- Develop, support and execution of harmonized project management for standardized products within the HV business
- Support the Product Management to establish the HV Roadmap
- Define, develop and maintain project plans
- Coordination and Preparation of project documentation
- Ensure and develop standardized project management (processes & tools) across systems, methods and templates
- Support in preparing technical specifications of standardized parts/units/machines for sales, assisting the offering process
- Coordinate technical content with engineering, sales and directly with Product Management
- Prepare set and enforce technical requirements for R&D projects
- Cooperation with external suppliers / technology partners
- Providing data to accounting
- Leading of the project team with the Project Organization principles
Requirements:
- Technical University or University of applied science in a technical direction (bachelor deegre in technical science, mechanics, software, electronics or similar, bachelor / master deegre in Product management or similar)
- High business understanding
- Fluent Hungarian, German and/or English business fluent, any other language an advantage
- IT skills in the areas of ERP, office, PJM, development tools
- High affinity in continuous improvements, best practice
- Knowledge of project management
- Ambition of working abroad
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills as well as communicative skills
- Ability to work in and lead a team, ability to criticize and deal with conflicts
- High level of commitment, initiative, flexibility and openness to innovations
- Independence, self-motivation and perseverance
