Personal Profile & Experience for CEE Customer Service Director

  • Responsible for organization and managing of aftersales service for all markets in the Region Central and East Europe (CEE) in accordance with legal regulations, company acts and business policy of the company Group;
  • Review and update existing aftersales service practices for all markets in the Region CEE (Technical support, Control of service providers, Spare parts);
  • In charge of standardization of all aftersales processes and implementation of best practices in the Region CEE (Develops service level standards and processes focused on response time, issue resolutions and reduction of the cost to serve);
  • Sets and implement policies, procedures and reporting systems (performance metrics for customer service, service levels and requirements for the aftersales service, methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback, etc.)+ Lead process improvement activities across the region, ensuring where possible, economies of scale are exploited, and cross-functional teams work in partnership
  • Recruit, train and develop teams in order to improve overall performance levels and develop the necessary talent needed for the future
  • Participates in defining business plans and setting business goals for the aftersales service in Region CEE;
  • Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of services, proposes, performs and supervises measures for achieving the set goals;
  • Works with parts and service managers to find ways to improve the overall profitability of the dealership;
  • Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer
  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring for a team whilst managing a large, complex P&L
  • Develop a long-term strategy for the region in order to secure future business opportunities and take advantage of emerging markets
  • Create and deliver an annual regional operation plan in line with the business strategy so as to maximize the commercial contribution

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience operating at a senior level, providing a proactive, strategic approach to deliver quantifiable results in aftersales and customer service environment in CEE region – know the market
  • Demonstrable success within a fast-paced, technical service organization
  • Strong business acumen, P&L leadership, cross-functional exposure, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a matrix environment
  • People management skills with a highly collaborative nature and the capability to bring teams together for common objectives
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs and objectives
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, good team player able to drive change.
  • Curious and energetic personality
  • Availability to travel around the CEE region /our HQ in Slovenia but we are open to support you from any place in the region as we having a presence in every Sales Business Unit in CEE
  • Fluent written and spoken English
