Our client:
An internationally operating special machine manufacturer. The company develops innovative solutions for the automation of assembly and testing processes. Our client currently employs well over 800 people at 11 locations. Portfolio: automotive, consumer goods, electronics and healthcare industries.
Tasks:
- You are an expert in technical support and service for production plants and competently advise our local customers on technical questions and problems
- Active sales of innovative service solutions in the field of automation and robotics
- Development of smaller service offers as well as examination of the technical customer specifications
- You are responsible for the maintenance, repairs and support during commissioning of the systems
- You document the services provided so that both customers and the team are always up to date
Requirements:
- Degree in mechatronic or electrical engineering field
- You are an expert in maintenance and have good knowledge of electrical engineering, pneumatics and mechanics
- Experience in automation technology or general mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales competence, customer orientation
- Fluent in Romanian and English
